This is a small building in the heart of the West Loop, next to shopping and stores. A unique place originally built in 1886, and renovated in 1993 by renowned Chicago preservationist Bill Lavicka to include local historic pieces...
such as stained glass, antique wood doors, and marble trim.

This 2 bed 1 bath unit comes with a large master suite which easily fits a king sized bed and has a connecting walk-in closet. The second bedroom can accommodate a king bed, but is best suited for a queen bed or nursery.

Dishwasher, water heater, washer/dryer have all been updated in the past 5 years. Note that the fireplace is a historic piece originally designed for coal, so is not intended to be used. However, the central AC and heating work perfectly.

There is street parking with residents eligible for a permit. Or, there is a covered garage across the street. Renters may connect with the owner about a possible option to park at the building next to us as well. All parking must be arranged by the renter, for a separate cost.

Elevator access is from the back of the building, and leads directly to the back door of the condo. Front entry from Madison Street has stairs, and unit is on the 2nd floor. Only 1 other unit on the same floor.
