ENJOY LARGE HOUSE. HUGE PRIVATE FENCED YARD, WOODED WITH EVERGREENS, AMPLE PARKING in driveway for 6 or more cars, located at the end of secluded cul-de-sac street. Private, serene, clean. House is located in an upscale quiet residential area.

We require a rental application and a 1-year lease. Sometimes a 6-month lease is possible. The move-in costs are payment of the first month rent and $850 security deposit. Each housemate pays an equal share of utilities, including internet. Usually averaging less than $95/month.
