-Applicants must have valid and current identification -Monthly household income must be at least three (3) times the rent ($4,500/month) and must be verifiable (w-2 and most recent pay stubs).
-Credit score must be a minimum of 660.
-Applicants must have no prior evictions, lease violations, or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
-Positive rental references from all landlords in the past three years are required.
-Applicants must demonstrate financial responsibility by submitting the most recent invoices for cell phone bill, a utility bill, and auto insurance bill.
-No smoking is permitted.
-No pets are allowed.
-Occupancy is limited to four (4) people.
