It is conveniently located near goods and services. The beautiful park is directly across the street. Convenience stores, bus line and a quick 15 minutes away by bus to the Gold coast of Chicago is all within reach ! The beach is also just east of the park along with a lovely bike and jogging path.

Inside of the unit you will find new appliances including, a new refrigerator, dishwasher and new heating/air conditioner units ! Hardwood flooring throughout most of the unit. The kitchen is fully updated with granite counter tops and a quartz island. It also has a stove that is a combination of induction/electric stove top and a convection oven !
