Free street parking. Parking space in the garage is available for $60 per month. No smoking inside apartments. The nonrefundable Move-In Fee of $750 is due at least 7 days before move-in. First month's rent due upon lease signing. No security deposit. Utilities must be moved to the tenant's name BEFORE receiving keys.
No dogs allowed. Up to two cats are allowed (one-time pet fee of $350 and a monthly charge of $30).
All adults (18+) must undergo a credit and background check. A minimum credit score of 620 is required, with NO prior evictions. Applicants must demonstrate a monthly income of at 2.5x the rent. Co-signers are considered, but credit requirements must be over 680 and 3x rent. No collections, judgments, or unpaid utilities. Owner pays garbage, recycling, and water. Tenant pays electricity, heat(gas), internet, and cable.
12-month lease minimum. Renter's Insurance REQUIRED. Rental payments, maintenance requests, communications, and applications are done through TurboTenant.
