Residence on the Avenue is a privately owned 4 flat, condo building. It is a beautiful Art Deco, blonde brick building. It was completely rehabbed in 2006 so all of the electric, plumbing, hvac and finishing were done at that... time as well. Our building is very secure and our property manager lives on site.
The Garden Condo has an open concept layout with 9 ft. ceilings. The kitchen has granite counter tops, custom cabinets and stainless appliances. The living room has a fireplace. The condo has hardwood floors throughout. Both bathrooms have ceramic, heated floors. One of the bathrooms has a jetted, whirlpool tub. Our back garden is fenced and this unit does have a designated patio area.
Our building is 6 blocks from the Red Line El and Metra train.
We offer a garage parking space for $300. per month.
