This building has a lot of issues, like a lot of chicagos old buildings. However the issue is lack of resolution. Things tend to go ignored and present a bigger problem later. The area is extremely noisy as a hospital is located down the street, so this tends to bring a lot of Ambulance sirens and firetruck sounds. Ofcourse the sound travels up and bounces off the walls which obviously makes it louder. I am not exactly disappointed with the building nor community but also not happy about it either. Yet I chose to move here so I guess this falls on me!
