Well, I have been here 5 years now and I would to see the windows washed. They have not been washed since I move in; and the rugs on certain floors are just nasty, big stains, looks like from dog poop.
I like the building itself, the location. Also it would be nice to have a vending machine somewhere on the Mezzanine. Thank you for listening.

I have an issue with the elevators constantly being out as I am disabled and depend on the accessibility. Also other repairs that have not been repaired yet I was promised they would be almost a year ago. This leaves me disappointed and fearful. I feel as though I pay my rent and I do not disrespect anyone nor the property I should get the same in return, however this is not the case. I lose sleep every time it rains as I am nervous of the issues that have not yet been resolved. Also laundry... facility has been an absolute nightmare as the few washers that do work are either in use consistently or inaccessible to me in a wheelchair. Makes it harder to achieve. Needs a lot of improvement especially for the cost of rent.
