2 BR/1Bath 1st rear floor unit located in the Pilsen neighborhood one block south of 18th Street and a 5-minute walk from Halsted Street. Easy access to #8, #18, #21 buses and about a 10-minute walk to the #9 and #60 buses. This is near the orange,... pink, and red lines and also near the Dan Ryan expressway and Jane Byrne interchange.

The bedrooms are a bit small, but one can fit a queen size bed comfortably and the other can fit a full-size bed. There is a spacious kitchen with gas range and refrigerator, and it is ideal for either a student attending UIC or a young professional. Utilities (gas, light, water, garbage) are included with the rent.

This unit is also cat friendly.

There is $40 background check fee (non-negotiable, but refundable) and there are no application, pet or move-in fees. The security deposit is $1,000 (refundable depended on the condition of the unit).

Landlord/Owner is responsible for making sure the utilities are paid and tenant need only concern themselves with any additional utilities (i.e. internet). Security deposit and first month's rent are due when the lease agreement is signed. Lease can be either yearly or month-to-month (with a minimum of one year commitment). Rent by paid with cash, personal or cashier's check, or payment made be made by either Venmo or Zelle (after discussing it with landlord/owner).
