Once a majestic hotel built in 1918, this lovely brick building now has apartments with plenty of classic character and modern updated finishes. Many apartments overlook a beautiful courtyard that was renovated in 2020.

Located... in the Buena Park pocket neighborhood, this property is surrounded by several nearby gems to enjoy, including the massive Montrose Beach and lakeside recreation parks, Wrigley Field, and diverse dining and entertainment found throughout the greater Uptown area.
