This is a very basic space but far away from all other rooms in the... home so you would have ample privacy. Xtra storage space in garage if needed. Room is ideal for a quiet person, who works a lot away from home and is simply seeking inexpensive lodging. However, we are requiring a 12-month rental term (no short term rentals), no pets and no couples. RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, SHARED HOME SUPPLIES, PARKING, LAUNDRY, and GROUNDS KEEPING.
The 5 bedroom home is VERY spacious & clean. Watch movies in spacious family room w/vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace. Enjoy pond + wildlife in backyard. Walk to bus, forest bike & hike paths, Wagners farmers market.
