Room is ideal for a quiet person, who works a lot away from home and is simply seeking inexpensive lodging. However, we are requiring a 12-month rental term (no short term rentals), no pets and no couples. RENT INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, SHARED HOME SUPPLIES, PARKING, LAUNDRY, and GROUNDS KEEPING.
