There are some aspects to the building that need to be replaced after the previous property manager's poor management. Other than this, the community is safe, quiet, and clean.

Plaisance is a wonderful place to live, the conveniences is this area is awesome. You have stores, hospitals and a hop skip and a jump to all major highways. The management staff is easily accessible and polite it's like a family atmosphere.
