Looking for roommate for third bedroom in large 3br/1ba in Avondale. Our previous roommate had to move out due to visa issues.

- Interests: linguistics, drawing, football, cars, legos, making music

Cleanliness:
- We try to keep public spaces fairly clean
- Generally share the workload of chores
- Have a vacuum/mop robot (plus standard cleaning supplies)
- Try to run the dishwasher every day

Roommate Preferences:
- Prefer no more cats/dogs (tank pets probably fine)
- We support queer/trans rights, racial and economic justice, and are looking for a like-minded roommate
