A constant battle with the leasing office and also management was always in my business. As a young female it was very weird when they asked my roommates personal questions about me. When trying to relent I had the process extended just so that I had to pay rent. Not only that process was extended due to the leasing office messing up my room number and then saying that I needed a female for a coed unit again to extend the process and keep me there. Very unprofessional with the whole process. Unexpected additional charges now even after the fact of moving out. We literally just want to be left alone and still haven’t been.

Great!
Recently moved in and the building is beautiful! The studio size for what you can find in the area is amazing, it’s super open and bright with the extra large windows. Through the whole leasing process Becca was super helpful and went above and beyond for me and worked to get me the best possible price, appreciated it so much. My experience so far has been great

If you are looking for bad management, unexpected fees, and constant fireworks from the neighbors behind the building.
You could not pick a worse building to live in. Two weeks ago there was gun fire right outside the front door. Almost every night the community behind the apartment lets off fireworks throughout the night, and in the summer they are out partying til 4 am. On top of that management will come with you for random fees toward the end of your lease with no explanation. Additionally, if you enjoy being on one of the loudest streets in the city you found your place. Hot tub closed all winter (makes zero sense).
Property Manager Responded: We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Safety and comfort are top priorities, and we’re working with local authorities to address neighborhood disturbances. While some city noise is unavoidable, we’re always happy to clarify any charges—please reach out directly. The hot tub was closed in winter to avoid any freezing issues due to the harsh temperatures in the winter, but we understand the frustration and are working to improve amenity access.
