The Seneca is like a home away from home. The front desk staff are always happy to see you and welcomed me from the moment I walked in for my initial tour to the day I moved out. The maintenance staff are some of the most top notch people out there. They will come fix any problem you have super quickly. This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. I wouldn’t change my time here for the world. I would recommend everyone and anyone to live here!

amazing community

We moved into Seneca apartments in August from Michigan and the staff have been so kind and helpful! The community is welcoming and we love the neighborhood.
We are only 8 min walk to Oak Street beach and the Lakefront trail.
Close to restaurants, coffee shops, some grocery stores.
Nearest train station is red line about 1/2 mile.
The amenities are awesome …gym has everything we need and the rooftop deck is a nice spot to chill! Seneca hosted a couple events which was nice! wWe are... loving our new place! ????????"

Great neighborhood, friendly staff, and generally a nice experience. They raise rent, but it still is a relatively cheaper place considering the neighborhood.

My experience was so amazing! Briana did an amazing job showcasing The Seneca! The building is beautiful, location and amenities are great, but the staff are the stars! They are all so kind and welcoming. I haven’t even lived here a week and I’m so in love with this amazing place I now get to call my home! Big shout out to Karen and Briana!
